Brio Italian Grille in Las Vegas
Located near the heart of the city, Brio Italian Grille Las Vegas is where delicious Italian cuisine meets top-notch Vegas hospitality. My family and I were guests at Brio Tuscan Grille (Town Square location) in Las Vegas, Nevada. It worked out that we were there on my daughter’s 21st birthday. In all honesty, it was an incredible experience.
Brio is located just south of the Strip. We boarded the Deuce (a double-decker bus that covers the Las Vegas Strip) and took the Town Square stop. Brio is located about 2/3 of the way into the shopping center. Walking into the dining area, we were greeted by friendly staff and ushered to our seat. The dining room is light, airy, and inviting.
After being seated, we were brought a basket of bread. The triangle pieces you see (below) is a flatbread that you really should try – it’s deliciously addictive.
Birthdays are always special. Since we were marking an exciting 21st in Vegas, we started off lunch by ordering my daughter a Peach Bellini. She was in love with the fruity cocktail at first sip.
My husband and I both ordered the Mezza Chicken Limone, pictured below with Executive Chef Cesar Herrera. The portion size was more than generous, the chicken was juicy, and overall it was a very good dish.
My son ordered the soup of the day (a minestrone, I believe) and my daughter ordered the Lobster Bisque. (I heard her say numerous times on our trip that she wanted to go back and have the bisque again.)
After thoroughly enjoying our meal, we indulged in a little dessert.
No birthday is complete without a little (cheese)cake with a candle on top, right?
My son had gelato and my husband and I had Creme Brulee. The creme brulee had a thin layer of crunchy caramelized sugar and a creamy center. The portion size was just right for the ending of a great meal.
Is Brio Italian Grille Worth Visiting?
If you’re looking for authentic Italian food prepared exactly like you’d find in Rome, Brio probably isn’t trying to be that restaurant. Instead, it focuses on approachable Italian-American favorites served in an upscale yet comfortable setting.
What impressed me most was the combination of generous portions, attentive service, and a menu with enough variety to satisfy just about everyone at the table. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, enjoying a date night, or simply taking a break from casino restaurants, Brio offers a relaxed dining experience without Strip-level prices.
Its location at Town Square Las Vegas also makes it an excellent choice if you’re shopping, catching a movie, or looking for a quieter meal away from the crowds.
Reservations, Hours, and Dress Code
While walk-ins are often welcome, I recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to dine during weekends, holidays, or popular dinner hours. Reservations can help reduce your wait time, especially when Town Square is busy.
The dress code is casual to business casual. You’ll see everything from shorts and sandals during the day to dresses and collared shirts in the evening, so there’s no need to pack formal attire.
Restaurant hours occasionally change for holidays and special events, so it’s worth checking the current schedule before heading over.
What Does It Cost to Eat at Brio?
One of the things I appreciate about Brio is that it feels upscale without being outrageously expensive.
While prices change from time to time, here’s a general idea of what to expect:
- Appetizers: about $17–28
- Pasta dishes: around $19–40
- Chicken and seafood entrées: approximately $31–40
- Steaks: generally $40 and up
- Desserts: about $9–12
- Lunch specials: $14.95 (Monday – Friday until 3:00pm)
If you’re visiting Las Vegas on a budget but still want a nice sit-down meal, Brio offers a good balance of quality, atmosphere, and value.
Vegetarian and Gluten-Free Options
Traveling with someone who has dietary restrictions? Brio offers several vegetarian selections along with gluten-sensitive menu options. Salads, pasta dishes, seafood, and grilled entrées can often be customized to meet individual needs.
