In addition to upscale cuisine, the 360 Grille also offers a dining experience like no other. At 27 floors up, the restaurant is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking views while they enjoy their meal.

How the Rotating Dining Room Works

The dining room completes one full 360-degree rotation approximately every hour, moving slowly enough that most diners don’t notice the motion. Instead, the scenery gradually changes throughout your meal, offering panoramic views of the Tennessee River, Wilson Dam, and the surrounding Shoals area.

The menu at the 360 Grille is full of delicious options, from steaks and seafood to salads and sandwiches. 

Lunch Menu

At lunch, the menu is divided into three areas: From the Garden, Between the Buns, and On the Plate.

Among the salads are Local Greens  ($16) with an artisanal blend of greens, strawberry, candied pecan, pickled shallot, warm pistachio and goat cheese crouton, apricot vinaigrette, and 360 Bama Cobb ($22) with an artisanal blend, grilled chicken, egg, heirloom tomato, Point Reyes bleu cheese, Conecuh sausage, and local honey vinaigrette.

Sandwich items include a Coconut Fried Chicken Sandwich ($18) with manchego, sweet chili aioli, and red cabbage slaw, Wagyu Burger ($23) with goat cheese, caramelized onion, arugula pesto, and sautéed wild mushrooms, and Crispy Potato Fish Sandwich ($17) with heirloom tomato, arugula, and stone fruit tartar.

Carnivores will take delight in their beef options such as the Filet 360 ($43), an 8 ounce, 1855 aged filet mignon, and a 14-ounce 1855 aged Delmonico ribeye ($44). If beef is not for you, there are Fresh Caught Salmon ($21)with goat cheese grits and shoestring beets, and Pan-seared Chicken ($21), a bone-in chicken breast, arugula risotto, beurre blanc, and roasted shallot.

The dinner menu features three courses.

First Course selections include favorites like Crab Cakes ($21) with corn maque choux and roasted red pepper aioli, Pan Seared Scallops ($29) with goat cheese grits, raspberry demi-glace, and beurre blanc, Baked Brie ($20) with toasted pecans, apricot syrup, and grilled French bread, and a Charcuterie Board ($21) with a selection of four regional cheeses, cured meats, spiced pecans, green olives, and apricot jam. 

The Second Course menu items include Wedge Salad ($9) made with iceberg lettuce, lardons, heirloom tomato, pickled shallots, bleu cheese and local honey vinaigrette, Basil Foam Caprese ($9) with fresh mozzarella, heirloom cherry tomatoes, basil foam, pistachio, mint, and balsamic reduction, and Mixed Greens Salad ($9) made with an artisanal blend, lardons, heirloom tomato, pickled shallots, champagne, and local honey vinaigrette.

The Third Course features Pan-Seared Chicken ($30), Wagyu Burger ($35), Chef’s Fresh Seafood (Market Price), Pappardelle ($28) pasta sautéed in ev-oo and fresh local Indian red tomatoes, finished with butter, burrata, and basil, 40-ounce Tomahawk ribeye ($100) sliced, foie gras, and fig truffle butter, and 16 ounce N.Y. Strip ($48).

Add-ons include Prawn (market price), Crab Oscar ($22), and Scallops ($16).

Cocktails, Wine, and Beer

The 360 Grille offers a selection of cocktails and wines to complement your meal. The cocktail menu features tasty libations like Dirty Bleu, Smoked Old Fashioned, New York Sour, Jalapeno Margarita, and Apple Gin Sour.

The wine list includes a variety of reds and whites. The beer selection features both domestic and international brands.
